Shipping policy

Everything here is printed for you after you order. There's no warehouse of finished shirts — yours doesn't exist until you buy it. That's why the timeline has two parts.
How long it takes
Production: usually 2–5 business days. This is the printing, drying, curing and packing.
Delivery: depends where you are, and the estimate for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
Add the two together for the realistic answer. A tee ordered on Monday is typically made by the end of the week and travelling after that.
Busy periods — drops, holidays — add time to production. If something is running unusually long we'll say so on the product page rather than let you find out by waiting.
Where it's printed
We work with print partners who operate facilities in several countries, and we route each order to the one closest to you. That's why an order from Berlin and an order from Denver both arrive faster than either would from Sydney.
Our current fulfilment partner is Printful. To print and post your order, they receive your name, delivery address and what you ordered. Our Privacy Policy covers that in full.
What shipping costs
Shipping is calculated live at checkout, based on your address and what's in your cart. You'll see the exact amount before you pay, and it's what the carrier actually charges — we don't mark it up and we don't bundle it into the product price.
We don't offer free shipping thresholds. We'd rather price the shirt honestly than hide the postage in it.
Import duties, VAT and customs
If you're in Australia: prices include GST and there's nothing further to pay.
If you're anywhere else: your order may attract import duty, VAT or other charges when it enters your country. Where we're able to collect those at checkout we will, and it'll be itemised before you pay. Where we can't, they're payable by you to the carrier or customs authority on delivery, and carriers usually add their own handling fee on top.
These charges are set by your government, not by us, and we can't predict or refund them. If you're unsure what applies, your local customs authority publishes the thresholds.
Refusing a parcel to avoid a customs charge isn't a return — see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Getting your address right
Please check your delivery address before you pay. Once production starts we often can't change it, and a parcel returned because the address was wrong or nobody claimed it has to be reshipped at your cost — that one genuinely is out of our hands.
If you spot a mistake, email info@omnishop.au immediately with your order number. If we catch it before production, we'll fix it.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates, not promises, and carriers and customs are outside our control.
If we can't ship your order within the time we told you — or within 30 days if we didn't give you a time — we'll contact you, tell you what's happening, and offer you the choice of waiting or a full refund. You don't have to chase us for that.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived when it should have, or arrives damaged, email info@omnishop.au with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We'll sort it — replacement or refund, your choice, and you won't pay for it.
Please tell us within 30 days of the expected delivery date, which is the window our partners work to. If it's longer than that, still tell us; it's harder for us but it's not your problem to solve.
Risk
Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to you or to someone you've nominated. If it's lost or damaged in transit, that's ours to fix.
