If you made a Rare Pepe, or any Counterparty artwork, and you're happy for it to go on merch here — this is what we promise you.
You don't have to sign anything. A message saying "go ahead" is enough.
You keep your copyright. We get a non-exclusive right to print your work on physical merchandise and show it in the shop. Nothing else. Nothing on-chain. You keep doing whatever you like with your own work, including licensing it to anyone else.
We don't touch the pixels. No AI upscaling, no "enhancement", no redraws. Your art is printed from the original file at exact whole-number scale — every pixel becomes a clean block, nothing is invented.
The only thing we ever remove is background that isn't part of your art. If the file is a square PNG and the artwork has rounded corners, the white fill outside those corners doesn't get printed. Nothing inside the edge of your work is touched.
Where a file can't fill a product at full sharpness, we print it smaller — or, if you'd rather see it big and you're happy for the pixels to show, we print it larger and say so plainly on the product page. That's your call, not ours.
You're credited on every product. Your name, and a link to wherever you want people sent.
You get 20% of net revenue on every item sold with your work. Net revenue is what the customer paid for the product, less any discount, refunds, shipping and taxes. Nothing else comes off — it's not "profit", we don't deduct our costs first. Paid quarterly, with a statement showing units, revenue and your share. If we're required to withhold tax, we pay it on top: the number you see is the number you get.
Don't want the money? Tell us where to send it, or let it accrue until you decide. It's yours either way.
You can pull it any time. One message. We stop new listings immediately, fulfil orders already placed, and pay you what's owed.
If anyone makes a claim about your work, that's our problem, not yours. We'll take the design down and deal with it. We don't ask you to warrant anything or indemnify anyone.
If you'd rather have all of this as a signed document, we have one. Just ask.
